Essential Detail is a marketing and representation company which has been established for 10 years, with a portfolio of exquisite, small, privately-owned hotels throughout the Caribbean islands. Our team, which is London based, oversees all aspects of sales, representation and marketing for these properties in the UK and Europe, acting as an information resource for the travel trade and potential guests to raise the awareness of these gorgeous hotels. 

What services do you provide?
Trade liaison with tour operators and agents, product management, consumer and trade marketing, promotional events, hotel documentation, website content and sub-contracted public relations.  Our decades of experience in representing the travel industry, specialising in quality long-haul markets, means we provide an extremely professional service. Personal service is central to the success of the company’s objective which is to establish, maintain and grow profitable UK business for our hotel clients.

How do you work with the travel trade?
We work very closely with the specialist long haul tour operators including product contracting and marketing to maximise brochure, website and promotional representation of our hotels. We create and communicate special added value offers for the customer and incentives for sales consultants, including personal visits to the properties plus detailed training programmes with regular updates.

What do you do for agents?
Our dedicated agency sales executive works closely with selected agents. This includes visits, joint promotional activity such as database mailings and client events, with incentives for travel consultants and their customers. We also host an annual UK roadshow for agents.
