What services do you provide?
ITG handles sales, contracting, product training and placement, event organisation, travel trade show preparation and attendance, website content and marketing using printed and e-commerce strategies and offers a UK & GSA reservations desk. With multilingual staff and associate offices in Europe, ITG takes a hands-on approach to all sales, assisting in annual strategy, creation and implementation of bespoke campaigns as well as issue and promotion of tactical offers.

How do you work with the travel trade?
The experienced team at ITG maintain regular contact with our travel trade partners, ensuring inclusion in key programmes and working closely with tour operators, travel agents, MICE agencies and tourism associations to ensure good revenue and room nights from all source markets. ITG works with our partners to create and implement co-op marketing campaigns throughout the year to drive business.

What do you do for agents?
ITG believes strongly in our agents’ relations and has Sales Managers dedicated to working with the travel trade in the UK. ITG makes personal sales visits, sends quarterly newsletters and interacts with our trade partners through our social networking sites.  Product training and a continuous information service is paramount to our success. ITG hosts our close partners at our annual agent dinners.
